1977 Ducati 900SS 3,898 miles. Survivor. Same owner for over 26 years. Motorcycle has been service locally and ridden up until a few years ago when the battery was removed and gas drained. California registration is up to date. In the owners words, “The 900SS came from the original owner in Florida, who installed the “race kit” (40mm Dellorto’s and Conti mufflers) and did some club racing before putting it in storage for a few years (I believe Syd Tunstall prepared it for the storage). I have never run them with the unfiltered velocity stacks that may have been part of the “race kit”. The 900 possibly has replica Imola cams. I have another set that came with the bike that may be the originals. It always idled well and pulled strongly throughout the rev range, so I suspect either the originals are in it or the replica Imola cams are not too extreme.” Hagerty Valuation Guide puts this bike and condition as “Excellent”. Few survive. Inspections are welcomed at our dealership in Glendale, CA. Reserve is realistic. Shown by appointment. International sales welcomed. We will recommend a customs broker if needed and assist in transporting the bike to the port here in Los Angeles.
