1972 Norton Commando selling with no reserve. That means bidding starts at 1 dollar and will sell to the highest bidder. Not a no reserve auction with a starting bid of 5000 dollars. We hate when someone states no reserve auction and then has an opening bid of 5000 dollars. That means you have a 5000 reserve. Remember to bid high and bid often high bidder wins. Mostly original Norton in non running condition. Motor kicks free, clutch is free and gears shift. Fiberglass tank. Great restoration or custom project. Motor cases have been painted black. We are a licensed dealer with the state of Texas, residents of Texas will have to pay taxes on the purchase of this vehicle. We can help facilitate shipment in the lower 48 states. We can crate this bike for export, but all international shipping arrangements are to be made by the winning bidder. Big D Cycle 11155 Morrison Lane Dallas, TX 75229 214-339-2285

This 1973 Norton 750 Commando is complete, starts and runs. It was used last about 20 years ago so I asked my mechanic to clean and clear the fuel and air systems so we could start it. He started and rode it down the road. It is very responsive and engine seems strong. Tires hold air but are over 20 years old so will need replacing. It is running but has a small crank case leak and will need to be serviced so I have discounted the price to account for repair. Left exhaust is clear but right side smokes.VIN 300384My uncle owned it for twenty-four years along with many other Norton's. 19468 miles on odometer. Clear title. Uncle purchased this bike from a friend in 1993 who purchased it from a member of the Norton Owners Assoc. in Albuquerque in 1991. Hi-Rider handle bars were replaced by my uncle. Engine and transmission came with the bike but must have been replaced prior because they are both from a 1971 with VIN 147574. Please let me know if you have questions or need to see more photos. ...

This beautiful Norton was restored by the late Charles Myers of Maryville, Tennessee. He was an experienced restorer of a long line of show-winning Commandos. He restored this one to answer a complaint from other show competitors at the annual British in the Blue Ridge Rally held in Hiwassee, GA. Charlie would enter a different Commando every year and every year he would win Best Norton and/or Best of Show. We all camped together back then, and after alcohol was consumed there was heard considerable grumbling about how Charlie never rode his bikes (he had always trailered them down in an enclosed trailer). Charlie was a gentle giant of a man at 6'8'' but he was fiercely competitive under the affable exterior. So he built this bike and RODE it down to Hiwassee with his throw-over bags and won again. His critics were silenced although I am sure there was some muttering amongst the vanquished! #################### ################### ################### ################### # Charlie built ...

For sale is a 750 Norton Interstate. The Norton Interstate was a variant of the Commando designed to be more touring-friendly thanks to changes including a larger fuel tank and a comfier seat. It is 1972 Norton Interstate and is currently built on a 1975 Norton Mark 3 frame with a clean title. This bike was a frame off restoration. It has less than 2,000 miles since the rebuild. Starts in two kicks when cold, runs and rides as it should. Lots of Power. This bike will get a lot of attention. Bike is located at Imperial Moto in Miami.

A Norton Commando recently sold at the Vegas auction in January 2018 for $27,500. Don't miss you chance to get this beautiful and original Dunstall. First off- I have had many questions about the exhaust system currently on the bike and I have been told it's non-Dunstall. That is correct however the original exhaust is included. This is mentioned below and there are also pictures of the original exhaust system attached. The kickstart lever was also pointed out as non-original and that is correct as well. However the original lever will be included in the sale. This is not just any Commando that's been modified with Dunstall Parts. This bike was dispatched from the Norton factory October 31, 1968 and sent to Dunstall UK where it received the Dunstall conversion. It is believed to be the first Norton Commando 750 Dunstall to leave his shop and it's probably the only documented 1968 Dunstall Commando in existence. The original build sheet addressed to a guy in Michigan and it's dated February ...
