VIN: 20M3/130832 | 1969 Norton 1969 Norton Commando Early Fastback Model Berwyn, Pennsylvania ![]() ![]() ![]() 6d 12h 21m hadahooka ![]() An early Commando Fastback model with many original parts. Photos show everything I have, except for boxes of small bits I removed when I tore down the bike, which will be included. This bike was one of those 70's attempts to replicate a chopper. It came to me with extended front forks and a King & Queen seat along with a 16" rear wheel. Fortunately no one actually chopped the frame of this bike. The frame is original and I have the original matching number ID plate that was on it. Someone did, however, bugger up the timing case cover by removing the tach drive and welding the hole shut. VIN: 127900 | 1968 Norton Commando Dunstall Genuine 1968 Paul Dunstall Norton Commando 750 Miami, Florida ![]() ![]() ![]() 17d 15h 9m pgolav ![]() A Norton Commando recently sold at the Vegas auction in January 2018 for $27,500. Don't miss you chance to get this beautiful and original Dunstall. First off- I have had many questions about the exhaust system currently on the bike and I have been told it's non-Dunstall. That is correct however the original exhaust is included. This is mentioned below and there are also pictures of the original exhaust system attached. The kickstart lever was also pointed out as non-original and that is correct as well. However the original lever will be included in the sale. This is not just any Commando that's been modified with Dunstall Parts. This bike was dispatched from the Norton factory October 31, 1968 and sent to Dunstall UK where it received the Dunstall conversion. It is believed to be the first Norton Commando 750 Dunstall to leave his shop and it's probably the only documented 1968 Dunstall Commando in existence. See picture of the original build sheet addressed to a guy in Michigan dated ... | |||
