1963 NORTON MODEL 50 WITH A NORTON FEATHERBED SLIMLINE FRAME. A classic Norton for riding or restoration. The featherbed frame is also commonly used for Triton Projects using 1960sí unit construction Triumph engines. Other uses are known as well, many taking the advantage of the performance of these classic frames. We have included a number of pictures in order to show the condition of the motorcycle. The 350 Norton is very complete and original, missing some notable items are the rear fender and the seat. The engine turns over and is smooth, with no unusual noises and is not seized. The transmission shifts and appears to be OK, from an external view. We cannot guarantee the mechanicals are all ok due to the age of the bike. However when a bike is stored in this condition for a future restoration, and left as original, it is usually a good sign of non molested originality. Also the ever present oil, dirt, grease, etc., many times acts as a protective coating against rust and corrosion. ...

For sale is my Norton Race bike. A full race 750 Commando engine in a 1959 wideline featherbed frame with a genuine Norton Manx close ratio gearbox. A long story history of the bike that I have known for many years is available so I will attempt to condense it all. We have the official dating certificate for the engine, frame and gearbox from the Norton Owners Club in Great Britain. Also the official shipping from the UK and USA customs clearance.I have a you tube video of the Norton fired up. It seems that Ebay will not allow me to put the link on here. Contact me and I can send you the link. You could try this youtube link. MaS-5XOFdgw The bike was built a by a long time friend back in England. He raced it for a while with a 600cc Norton 99 engine then bought a very low mileage 750 Commando road bike. The engine was taken apart and we have all receipts to show the following modifications.Crankshaft lightened and balanced, Norvil race camshaft, race H.C. pistons, larger inlet valves and ...

1970 Norton Commando 750 Roadster. Work done to restore this bike back to as close to new as possible. I acquired this bike in 2014 from a friend of a friend whose father had purchased it new from Motorsports in St. Louis. (The dealer decal is still on the tail light fairing) It was last on the road in 1972 and only shows 14847 miles on the original speedometer. The original owner died some 13 years ago or so Iím told. Here is a partial list of things I have done to restore the bike to as close to original as possible while making sensible upgrades as needed. First the engine, transmission and frame all have matching numbers. New Avon tires, new fork stanchions, new rear shocks, new steel gas tank painted the original Roman Purple, new original style seat cover. Powder painted frame, swing arm, center and side stands and other painted parts. New brake shoes. Later 850 boxed swing arm. Re-chromed fenders, chain guard, rider foot peg mounts, headlight and headlight halo. Re-built speedometer ...

It had 11,000 miles. This Norton was my ride to and from the bases while in the Navy. I rebuilt it from ground up in late 90ís and early 2000ís. I sent the engine to Britech New England for a perfect rebuild and UPS dropped the box and damaged the case. I have the original case and it will be included. This case was purchased new by Britech New England but I have not stamped the frame/engine number. Britech rebuilt motor with new cases and all new parts. It has been ridden very little since. Always stored and covered in house or conditioned garage. This 1973 Norton 750 is a fun ride, comfortable and smooth. All parts, bolts, nuts, and washers were new, chromed and stainless when installed. New Amal carburetors, 3 phase alternator, Primary ...
